Anti-Masonry is not just a defunct political party in the 19th Century United States. The United Grand Lodge of England has stood silently by for decades while the yellow press in their country has savaged the Fraternity. It has long been the policy of official Freemasonry to ignore and not respond to its detractors, in the hope that our good works and molding of good men would speak for itself.
