but steady. 13 weeks in on Weight Watchers and I have lost 17.8 pounds. Given that I have to lose almost twice that in order to have dropped 10% of my starting body weight, I guess that’s reasonable 🙂
The sad thing is that my 10% goal this time is a pound less than I weighed the first time we started Weight Watchers (the time I lost 40 pounds).
Like the tortoise told Bugs Bunny, slow and steady wins the race. (Well, that and a rocket pack, but I digress.)
