Dang, but I feel that cat — not from the week, but from the weekend.
Luckily (unluckily?), I know that if I have a drink because “man I need a drink” … there’s a chance I may not stop. Cover the burn before the heat’s gone, and it’ll just cook down deeper. Better to let it hurt now so it can heal than have it hurt more later.
Man I need a drink.
