The Paper Ballot — An idea whose time has come (again)

According to Instapundit, Maryland and Virginia are transitioning back to paper ballots.
Why? Because it’s too easy to hack electronic voting machines, and paper ballots are more reliable in a recount.
Well, duh.
When does Indiana get on this bandwagon, Mitch?
