Feets can't fail me now.

Some time back, someone (and I think it was Og) made mention of SAS, San Antonio Shoes.  Handmade in the USA.

We're on holiday down here in our secure undisclosed location (well, it's disclosed on Facebook; suffice it to say that there are palm trees and I saw a waterspout yesterday), and we stopped by the outlets to buy me some new shirts and shorts.  And guess what, they had an SAS store.

My dogs have been driving me absolutely frickin' bonkers for months.  I generally wear Cabela's walking sneakers, which are wearable and comfortable but not incredibly so.  Luckily I don't walk much.  Well.  Luckily for my feet, not for my ample girth.

So we went in and the very nice lady fitted me into some antique walnut Time Out's.

My feets lurvessssss them.  I have NEVER worn shoes that were so comfortable starting from the moment I put them on.  They've only gotten better over the past 24 hours.  (I did take them off to go to bed.)

SAS shoes are expensive ($170 for this pair; we had a $10 off coupon that basically paid the state sales tax), but like my wife said, your feet have to be comfortable.
