Customers are stupid.

When you get a warning from your software that tells you that your license is about to expire and that you might want to start the renewal process, and it GIVES YOU A LINK FOR CONTACT INFORMATION in which the Sales department is the VERY FIRST contact link, why in HELL would you forward that message to the SUPPORT department (which does not now and never has issued invoices, collected payments, and issued license keys) and ask about getting your license renewed?

Arghh.  The common clay of the new Internet.  You know.  Morons.
