I don't know what made the Boy Scouts think that by making the recent change to their membership requirements would put paid to the charge that they discriminate.  Everybody knows that once you pay the dane-geld, you never get rid of the Dane.

So when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
  You will find it better policy to say: --

"We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
