Three felonies a day.

So I'm getting ready to use Stamps.Com to buy some additional postage for use with some now-outdated 85¢ and $1.05 international stamps that I had left over (poor planning on my part) when the postal rate increase hit on Sunday.

Whoa, hoss.  Not that easy!

Stamps.Com has thrown up a dialog box that says,

The postage amount that you have entered is insufficient for the mail class you have chosen and for this reason we will not print the mail class on the label.  This label may only be used in conjunction with additional postage that is already on your mailpiece that specifies the appropriate mail class.  To continue printing you must agree to the USPS terms of use, otherwise please change the postage value or mail class.

  I certify, under penalty of federal mail fraud, that the postage stamp to be printed will be used to add additional postage to a mailpiece bearing an additional postage amount.

Well, fucking duh? I have to swear on pain of being hauled into federal court that I'm going to add postage to a letter that doesn't have enough postage on it because the fucking Feds raised the international postage rate?

Assholes.  We're being nibbled to death by ducks.
