Customers are annoying.

(Unfortunately, without customers, there is no money.  So they are a cross we must bear.)

At any rate:  Why is it that any time a customer writes in for support with the subject line, "Quick Question", the answer is always anything but quick?  (Or could be self-answered if the customer had a working knowledge of the documentation?)

It's a conundrum.  Was this support ticket really necessary?
