I find it laughably uproarious

or uproariously laughable, whichever, that the DeLaney For Senate campaign -- which supposedly prides itself in saying that it works with everybody in some of its glossy mailbox ads, and intriguingly tends not to indicate what party the DEMOCRAT Tim DeLaney is running with -- is, in separate ads that are only identified with Tim "Why Can't We All Get Along?" DeLaney by the tag line at the bottom that state that they are paid for by the Indiana Democratic State Central Committee and authorized by DeLaney for Senate, trying to paint Republican candidate Scott Schneider with the tar brush dipped in the bile of hatred the Demoncraps have for the recent law passed that allows carry in public places where it quite recently wasn't allowed.

*wheeze*  OK, that was run on.

But as usual, the Demoncraps, in attempting to demonize legal carry, conveniently leave out the fact that no anti-carry law that's ever existed has stopped criminals from carrying concealed weapons into places otherwise deemed off-limits for carry.

As usual, the gun control that they want does not penalize criminals, who ignore the law, but rather, law-abiding citizens who wish to carry -- and who don't tend to pull guns out like it's the Wild West and go root-toot-toot for no good reason, which apparently the Demoncraps fear will be the case.  Even though it never seems to happen.

And remember -- one or two folks with CC weapons in that theatre incident in Aurora, Colorado, probably would have stopped the lawbreaker cold before he managed to massacre as many as he did.  But that theatre was off-limits for guns.  Not that the lawbreaker cared.

My thought is that we already have too many DeLaneys in our state government -- Ann DeLaney and Ed DeLaney are his parents.  It's time to strike a blow against nepotism in our state government -- vote for the incumbent, Senator Scott Schneider, in Indiana Senate District 30, won't you?  At least he's gun-friendly.
