I think the Simon Property Group have a point. If Amazon has warehouses in the state that they ship orders from, does that not count as a physical presence?
While they certainly are hypocrites for complaining about someone else getting a special deal when they get very special deals. We ought to stop giving everyone special deals just because they succeed in currying political favor.
