Dingy Harry says the S&P downgrade is a clear call for more taxes?

You know if S&P hadn't downgraded our credit rating the f**ker would have called for higher taxes, "to assure that a downgrade will not be in our future." Thus:

The economy gets better. "Time to raise taxes."
The economy stays the same. "Raise taxes to make things better."
The economy gets worse. "We have to raise taxes."

The guy is a broken record. Time for Nevada to recycle him.
