I don't know whether you're talking about a specific diet for acid reflux issues or a more general diet for weight loss. I suspect it's the former, but in case it's the latter, I'll throw this out there.

Between the two of us, my wife and I have lost over 50 pounds in the last year on the South Beach Diet. While no diet is ever easy, I've found it to be surprisingly easy. Previously my wife had successfully done Weight Watchers. I can't see doing Weight Watchers and counting all those points.

I have been fighting that for years. The diet is a good place to start, I can tell you.

My best solution to this is to NEVER eat or drink ANYTHING four hours before bed. This is a lot harder than ANYONE thinks, especially if you live on the road like I do.

If you have nothing in your stomach, you have nothing to urp up.

Actually I love Weight Watchers. I lost 40 pounds on it once, and just plumb got tired of it. I'm ready to start up again.
