Never have been a fan of the strip. Not enough marbling for my taste. I'm a ribeye guy all the way.

Tasted so good they broke my brain. They were ribeyes, come to think of it, not strips.

IMHO, all steak is good as long as you don't cook it past medium. Although it's best at medium rare.

These were somewhere between medium rare and medium.
