We just had a customer (who has been dogging us all day with installation questions) who just admitted to us that he could not figure out how to get to a command prompt under Windows XP.
If you don't understand your OS, what in HELL are you doing installing our software?
I give up.
That's exactly why I have a computer geek for a son. So I don't have to look like a complete ass to you guys, just my kid.
