It's a hot dog. If you don't want kids to choke on them, don't feed them hot dogs. I don't see this one.
If I had a small child, I might well be a bit too concerned about my small child choking, but at least I'd realize that the problem isn't the food. It's that kids don't chew or swallow well.
It's crap like this that makes me shake my head at our society in disgust.
