Drifted over from BiW's site. And yes, much like Dick states above, had any of my genetic hostages brought home that particular book, there most likely would have been hell to pay. As it is, I have already had the High School principal back peddling (mentally AND physically) over comments and actions regarding one of our other kids (who has since moved on).
The oldest is currently in High School, and the youngest is being homeschooled. The high schooler has already been talked with about the upcoming "indoctrination day". Not too worried about him, he has enough "smart ass" in his make up to not be a lemming. And he knows we will be peppering him with questions when he comes home that day.
