Ted Kennedy, murderer/senilator, finally dead at 77.

Why yes, yes, this is cold and mean and inhumane. No more than he deserved.

I've always figured the only reason he lived so long was because, unlike his brothers, he wasn't worth the powder to put a bullet in his brain. So God did that for us.
