Why haven't them thar clowns been impeached yet? I mean...geeze!! You'd think a court that would repeatedly and completely ignore the constitutional doctrine of seperation of powers would eventually face SOME reproach. But I guess, as could be expected, election-minded officials are afraid of doing stuff (might get their name in the paper in an unfawning context). Gutless weasels; disappointingly the protectors of liberty shrug, pass the buck, and become the architects of tyranny.
