Stalking the judges…

Now this is pretty funny. I’m sure the judges don’t think so, but then, we are talking about the Ninth Circuit.
And the one judge has the temerity to say that the upcoming elections are involved in Congress’s censure of their decision. Duh. If I’m not mistaken an awful lot of Congresscritters come from the red states. Congress knows on which side its bread is buttered.
