Customer just wrote in:
Is there any documentation that would explain how to direct IIS’s default website to be the [name of our product] site, as that will be the only function for this new server?
This is just plain laziness. Try reading the IIS documentation and see what it says about setting the root document directory for a site. IIS is not our product.
This kind of shite is why I hate my job, because we can’t say things like that to the customer.
