After reading this, I think maybe we should just amend the 2nd Amendment.
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, tThe right of the people to keep and bear arms, being necessary to the security of a free state, shall not be infringed. Congress shall make no law infringing the free exercise of this right and the Executive shall not promulgate any regulation or create any regulatory body infringing the free exercise of this right.
