Tear it down and build something else.
What is this, about the fifth reset for the CM in my lifetime? Time to put this old dog out of its misery. There’s nothing historic left about it.

It’s right across the street from the City County building, and within blocks of every major office building in the city, and they can’t draw enough customers to keep the place running?
To coin a phrase, I believe the problem is a certain “quaintness quotient”.
Instead of making a nice modern food court and shopping area where people would actually like to eat and shop, the city insists on maintaining this old barn of a building for historical purposes.
If the city had REALLY been interested in maintaining a building for historical purposes, they would never have torn down the old Marion County Courthouse and replaced it with that ugly-ass City County Building.
