WTF is with the State of Pennsylvania setting up miles-long construction zones, setting the speed limit at 40MPH, and doing not a single lick of work on them except for a couple of hundred feet at the very fucking end?
Assholes. And you have the guts to charge me $11.90 to drive on your fucking turnpike from New Stanton to Harrisburg West. I demand a discount for lost time.
At least the guy at the tollbooth was listening to Rush Limbaugh when we drove through.

I read this to Kelly over the phone while she’s at work this morning and she cracked up laughing.
It’s PennDot. There are no reasons why they shut down lanes and entire freeways. It’s just something those fucking morons do, and do very well.
