Scary.

I was working in an IBM zVM mainframe account today (well, actually, I work in one every day again since my boss quit and I’ve become the primary product license maker for the company’s products) and I had to use MailBook to look at the account’s outbox to see if a particular piece of mail had been sent from that account. I haven’t used MailBook in several years, since we migrated our mainframe mail to POP3.
And yet, without even having to think about it, I automatically hit PF2 to open the mailpiece when I found it in the index.
Apparently, twenty years of daily MailBook use engraved its command set forever into my brain…
I love MailBook. I wish someone had ported it to Windows. But then I have an 80-column mind.
