Well, you know what they say about a fool and his money.
There was a time in this country when average Americans didn’t pay income tax, you know. Before 1916 there was no such thing. It was unthinkable. And it took a Democrat president to shove it through the ratification process.
Somehow we managed to make it from 1781 to 1916 without any tax on incomes.
Huh. Wonder how that happened?
Probably because the government back then knew its place and behaved as if the Constitution actually meant something.

is the ranting of a spoiled child. Nope. That’s not spoiled at all. Just indignant that the government has taken out of his hands the ability to decide for himself who is worthy of his financial assistance.
