LGF reproduces a photo of an alert-looking, running-suit-clad Castro holding up a current issue of Granma, says it doesn’t appear to have been manipulated, and offers a version that has been manipulated.
However, I call conspiracy. Surely that picture was taken months ago as part of a plot to maintain the fiction that Castro was still alive even after his death. I’ll bet if you could zoom in on the text of that story below his photo, it would read “Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua. . . .”
The conspiracy, of course, being that they’d print that exact front page of Granma when needed to maintain the illusion.
P.S. I’m only about half joking…
P.P.S. Sorry, misspelled the name of Castro’s lapdog newspaper (fixed). Which is funnier than shit anyway if you know why it’s named that.
