Fuck you, David, I love America — and apparently more than you do. There’s nothing wrong with America. Our moribund, statist government, on the other hand, needs some serious fixing. That’s why the Framers were insistent on preserving the right to bear arms; they did not trust governments.
Bearing arms against the government is not equivalent to hatred of America; rather, it is a most American thing to do if and when the government turns on, and begins to infringe the natural rights of, American citizens. I don’t even hate the government; I just don’t trust it.
Too bad David Frum isn’t more like Mark Steyn.
EDIT TO ADD: Sudden thought. Why can’t we revoke Frum’s citizenship and send his ass back to Canada where he belongs?
