1) AT&T could drop my monthly landline rate significantly if they’d stop sending me letters every two weeks telling me how they could drop my monthly telephony-TV-data rate significantly if only I’d add their crappy cellular and satellite services I neither need nor want.
2) Storm Team Scare Team rates a big kick in the posterior after keeping me up last night for what turned out to be a fizzle of a storm. I realize it was bad other places, but good God, people, it barely rained here and the big maple in the front yard that looks like the next light breeze will carry it off to Oz is still intact.
2a) Comcast rates another big kick in the posterior for taking over the digital signal every two minutes to broadcast two minutes of NWS warnings, when what I really wanted to see was the radar Storm Team Scare Team were occasionally showing us. Good thing I have WeatherBug on my phone; that was about the only way I could tell the storm was through with all the BS going on on TV.

Sure, but I was in bed! 🙂 Normally I use http://radar.weather.gov/radar.php?rid=IND&product=N0R&overlay=01101111&loop=yes on the computer but it doesn’t work on my Android. The radar_lite version seems to work on the phone.
Weatherbug’s radar is OK, I also use Radar Now on my Android. http://www.usnaviguide.com
