Moron.

So this guy pulls up in front of the bank machine at Chase 86th & Ditch, in a zone that’s “No Parking” but isn’t clearly marked as such (there’s one sign facing outward that says “NO PARKING” but it’s hard to see from your car and there are no yellow curbs or lines or anything to indicate you shouldn’t park there), and jumps out to hit the machine. I turn in and park in a parking space like a normal human being.
Lady in car next to me starts backing out, is paying more attention to me (so she doesn’t hit me) than directly behind her…and is backing straight for the moron’s car in the no parking zone. (This is why it’s a no parking zone; also, it’s a driving lane going the opposite direction from the way he came in.)
Guy’s wife sees the lady’s car coming and reaches over and lays on the horn, yelling for her husband the whole time. He jumps away from the bank machine, uses foul language, pulls his car up a little bit. By this time I’m at the second bank machine and setting up my deposit.
Moron comes back to the bank machine, looks at me and says, “It would cost her more than $100 if she’d backed into my car.”
I replied, “Well, you are in a no parking zone.” (A trailing “Idiot” was left unsaid.)
Moron: (Looks surprised) “I am?” (Finishes transaction and runs off, looking over at the “No Parking” sign)
What the hell has gotten up everybody’s ass today? Goddamn people on the road are NUTS.
