Ah, why do we need a southern border fence?

U.S. military report warns ‘sudden collapse’ of Mexico is possible
Maybe that’s a good enough reason.
A fence, the National Guard with live ammunition and decent rules of engagement, and air patrols. That’s what we need on the southern border.
