Rush said yesterday that if one’s state offers early voting, even though it’s a demoncrap plot to artificially inflate pre-election numbers, conservatives should take advantage of it to try to foil that plot (or at least dent it a little).
So when my loving lefty wife suggested that we ought to early vote this weekend, I said, sure!
We’ll be voting at the J. Everett Light Career Center on the North Central High School campus on Saturday. If you’d like to join us, WeRuinTV Channel 6 has posted the following list of early voting locations on their website:
Marion County – The Marion County Election Board is expanding early voting hours at the Clerk’s office beginning Thursday, October 23 to coincide with the launch of two early voting satellite locations.
The hours at the clerk’s office location will increase from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. to 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday. As of Monday, October 13, 3,171 people have voted early in the clerk’s office.
Beginning Thursday, October 23, two early voting satellite locations will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day, including weekends. The north location is the J. Everett Light Career Center located at 1901 E. 86th Street on the campus of North Central High School. The south location is the Southport Community Center located at 6901 Derbyshire Road.
All sites, including the Clerk’s office, will be open Sat., Oct. 25; Sun., Oct. 26; Sat., Nov. 1; and Sun., Nov. 2 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. This is an increase in availability from previous elections. Traditionally, the Clerk’s office is open for seven hours the two Saturdays before and for six hours on the Sunday immediately preceding an election.
The statewide early voting deadline is noon, Monday, November 3. In Marion County, the Clerk’s office is the only early voting location open on November 3. The two satellite sites close at 7 p.m. on Sunday, November 2.
I find it interesting that this information is not available on the County Clerk’s website.
Anyway, I plan to throw a straight Republican ballot, and I’m planning to vote YES on Question #1.
H/T Hoosier Access.
