Just to make HB happy

I started blogging here on June 6, 2002. This is my 2000th post.
I sat out from this blog from June 20, 2005, to May 21, 2006, while I was a co-blogger on Jeff Naylor’s Hoosier Illuminati. So there are more than 2000 blog posts to my credit, just not on this particular blog. Anyway, if you count only the time I have actively blogged here, I’ve averaged 1.174 posts per day — not quite as many as HB, but still a post every day on average.
Not that anyone really cares, but there you have it.
UPDATE to add: Whoever the next commentor is will have posted the 301st comment. I posted the 300th. But the 301st overall comment will also be the 100th comment since I opened comments up again back in June 2007. So there…
