Admittedly, there have been times

when I was tempted to do something pretty similar.
Except it wouldn’t have been with a hammer.
I have to admit that my last two face-to-faces with Comcast customer service have been pretty damn satisfactory. On the phone, not so much.
Ah well. Soon we will have AT&T U-Verse and I can go back to the mothership.

  1. Comcast, bah. The local branch is proud that if they are late for your install they will do it free. What they do not tell you is you get a five hour window for them to be “on time”. You can choose morning or afternoon. It is not hard to be on-time if your target is “morning”.
