The truly unfortunate part

of the current Alaskan Pipeline problem is that we don’t even use that oil down here. Because of transport issues and the lack of new refinery capacity on the left coast, most of it goes to Japan, South Korea, and Taiwan, or so I’ve been led to believe for many years.
