you’re probably cursing at the slowness inherent in the system.
Imagine how I feel about it.
Apparently there is a bad router in the Chicago area that is hosing download speeds in a large SBC DSL service area, including Indy. My download is running about 13-15kbps (yes, that would be about 14.4 modem speed) whereas my upload is basically unaffected and still kicking along at around 325-330kbps. Since your requests to access pages go through my download side, which normally runs at T1 speed, response is probably slow.
Lord knows when they’ll get it fixed. It’s been this way for three days.
