It’s good to be critical

of Homeland Security, as the Professor so often (perhaps too often) is, but this story that he mentions today seems like an indicator of change. Before 9/11, it probably would have been below the radar threshold of most of our national security apparatus. Today is a different story.
So Glenn, maybe we OUGHT to be cheerful.
