Bad decisions

I imagine both of these will be overturned by courts of greater competence.
The Padilla case is not as bad as the Guantanamo case. The Guantanamo case tramples all over the right of the military to hold prisoners of war. Even if the Padilla case doesn’t get overturned, I just can’t see the other one standing.
