As I was clearing three days' worth of spam out of my work email account today, it occurred to me that the industry to which I have given over 17 years of my life is about to become irrelevant, because even I wouldn't trust an email from my bank or from any other business I do business with over a plain old first class letter from them.
Sad, isn't it?
