Hosting Matters did it for me, by not telling me they were about to switch from the old machine to the new machine...which apparently they did as of December 2.
I only found out today by reading their community forum. They're supposed to send email but I guess it never gets to me, because this is about the third time it's happened.
Don't get me wrong; I love Hosting Matters. It's their notification system I find lacking.
