So I heard on the noisebox in the car that the Dumbs aren't coming back until the Pubs are willing to "negotiate" on things that already enjoy a majority and don't need no steeking negotiation.
The Indiana House Pubbies have more than enough votes to pass their agenda, right?
So why don't they take a page out of Madam Pelosi's handbook and simply "deem" it to have passed?
