Hard to tell because there is little or no contrast, but that's an inch of ice with snow on top of it. About a foot to the left, where the rear window meets the trunk lid, there was two inches piled up.
Cracked the windshield trying to defrost it, too. Damn it. Luckily insurance pays and it will only cost me $100 in deductible. First claim I've had in years.
