having not watched the Oscars for decades, but reading Tam's post made me wonder just exactly when lefty Hollywood is going to divest itself of the sexist, patriarchal distinction between "actress" and "actor" and simply vote for the best actor and best supporting actor, regardless of their sex and/or gender.
It would certainly shorten up the awards show, wouldn't it?
