I just finished cooking and slicing up a 3-pound corned beef brisket.

Damn. Just damn. It's lunchtime. Better than Shapiros.

(Pre-packaged from Sam's Club, cooked in the pressure cooker for 1 hour. No fuss, not a hell of a lot of muss.)
