The City of New York apparently thinks that littering disqualifies one from owning a gun.
Among other things, like being a poor driver or being late paying your bills.
Supporters say the new restrictions will make gun purchasing more efficient
Er. How?
Sounds like a dumb idea all around...which makes it perfect for New York City, I suppose.
