A good number of readers claim that Tim Horton's coffee, from Canada no less, is making inroads against DnD in New England because — get this — they have better coffee. No need to inundate me with email testimonials on this question. I will be launching a fact-finding tour soon enough. Just know: You were warned.
Tim Horton's does have better coffee than Dunkin' Donuts. In fact they have better coffee than that pretentious Seattle-based company with the cafés on every corner. That's why every time I come back through Dayton from points East, I fail not to stop at Timmy's to buy more of their Fine Grind.
