Normally I'd say that would be pretty boring, but my adoptive niece (long story) is doing her student teaching on the Shonto Indian Reservation in Arizona for the next few months, after which she'll graduate from IU Bloomington with an el-ed degree. I believe she is specializing in special education.
She's a good, smart young woman who has surmounted a number of life's difficulties to get this far. I am very proud of her. I know her mother is looking down and smiling.
Note to young single men: She's taken. He's a cop. Don't mess with her :)
