Twice today I've been bothered by salesmen wandering through the neighborhood trying to sell me home improvements.
The first guy gets a pass because I didn't have my NO SOLICITORS sign in the door.
The second guy is lucky I didn't read him the Riot Act. The way he was talking I thought he was here just to let the neighbors know that my next-door neighbor is having their sewer replaced and it will make some noise and mess. But it turned out that he's got a crew working "a few streets over" and he just wanted to talk to me about...at which point I said, "sorry, I'm not interested," and shut the door in his face.
The next guy may get both barrels up his nose.
