James Woolsey on plug-in cars. I'm there, man, but you have to make the car itself affordable. I can't afford a $35K Ford Escort-class vehicle and then have to change the batteries out every four years for $20K. Offer me a $35K Dodge Magnum-class or Charger-class vehicle with cheaper and better battery technology, and we'll talk. And my wife needs a minivan while you're at it.
