Elrod certified winner by 8 votes over Rep. Mahern
The Indiana Recount Commission on Friday officially confirmed Republican candidate John Elrod the winner of the hotly contested House District 97 race, despite concerns from Democrats that improprieties occurred on voting day.
Good. Now maybe Mahern will just admit that Jon ran a better campaign than he did. But that won't shut Ed Treacy's pie hole, unfortunately.
